Finance solution manager

The Finance Solutions expert reports to the IS&T

- Finance Solution lead is accountable to provide expertise on finance solutions part of the portfolio in the frame of business requirements analysis, project delivery, or application support.

- He/She will support also transversal topics within Finance domain to ensure overall consistency of Core models and end to end processes.

- He / She will also be key leader of continuous improvement for Finance scope and support digital transformation initiatives for Finance scope

Finance Solutions Expert :

- Ensures alignment with Miters on Finance business processes for Finance Solutions (CONCUR, Basware SaaS, Kofax, RPAs & Dashboards) from an end to end perspective,

- Collects and analyzes demands from central Business & Global Shared Services,

- Conduct pre-studies, contribute high level designs and support execution of IS&T projects,

- Defines and contributes test strategy(-ies) for Finance applications

- Leads and works closely with Operational Manager and Solutions specialists & experts on Continuous improvement initiatives to improve services and user satisfaction

- Supports roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied.

- Supports operations teams with regards to critical incidents and end to end issues with other IS&T towers (SAP ERP, Successfactor)

- Performs RCA for high priority incidents, developing checklist for recurring problem and propose action plan to resolve them definitively

- Manages relationship with Finance Shared Service, Key User, Central team and ensuring level of support from them;

- Provides timely and regular communication to his stakeholders on open topics

- Analyzes technology industry and business trends and determine their potential applicability at Company's with our Architect lead

- Participates and contributes to recommendations for decisions-making at Change Control Board/ Operational Review Meeting with Business

- Maintains high level business users and key-users satisfaction

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES : Educational Requirements Describe the minimum educational requirement/level

Mandatory : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field Desirable
