Finance Role - Supply Chain Function - FMCG - CA

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Co Pilot Supply Finance with an MNC FMCG firm.

Candidates who are associate with reputed FMCG companies can apply for this Position.

Experience - 8 to 13 Years ideally last 2-3 years in FMCG manufacturing environment

Qualification- CA

Responsibility :

- We are looking at strategic partnering of supply chain function consequent to key shifts in supply chain coming from Logistics transformation (under Catapult) and Increase activity on co-pack (10X volume, new vendors, etc)

- Manage the processes of the Supply financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying business issues and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions.

- Work on business process integration across functions and drive increased usage of SAP for manufacturing

- Manage the processes of product costing, transfer price calculation, governance and control of capital investments. Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process.

- Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs.

- Effectively lead, support and develop the Supply Finance team. Select, engage and develop Associates to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the company objectives.
