Finance Role - FMCG/FMCD - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Our client is looking to hire for multiple finance roles with a Fortune 500 company in the FMCG space.

The incumbent will be working with multiple teams at a multinational level. The scope of the role will range from category business partnering, controllership and FP&A.

The position is open to Diversity candidates only.

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

- MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 institute

- Post qualification work ex of 1-3 years in finance in areas ie: Finance business partnering, FP&A, Controllership

- Candidates with FMCG/FMCD experience would be preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities may change rapidly. The incumbent must be capable of displaying resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong academic background. The profile should reflect a passion for learning and staying updated on finance industry trends
