Finance Role - Cost Lead - FMCG/Pharma/Telecom

Job Description :

Primary finance resource for the cost side of the business- he will be responsible for preparation and analysis of overall cost information. The resource will play a pivotal role in controlling and reducing the costs by interacting with various departments. The cost lead will be managing a team of 8 - 10 people and in addition to the analysis will be responsible for actual reduction of the cost and play a vital role in company's profitability.

- Lead and direct cost strategy formulation and take necessary actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all cost matters.

- Providing day to day support to the Operations team on various matters including Client pricing and profitability

- Create an awareness on cost control and cost optimization throughout the organization
