Finance Professional - CA + CS

Job Responsibilities -

Inclusive but not limited to

- Independent handling of Overall Accounting function for all India entities primarily with possible exposure to overseas entities

- Independent handling of AP and AR functions including banking and operational fund management.

- Handles Cash budget for group at the beginning of each month and track the working capital position on a weekly basis Coordinate with the sales team to ensure error free and timebound invoicing and billing

- Ensuring compliances of TDS, VAT and GST including monthly payments, quarterly and half-yearly returns.

- Coordinate with secretarial team to ensure other regulatory compliances under FEMA, Companies act and other regulations that may apply to the group

- Exposure to overseas branch accounting, preferable but not mandatory.

- Coordinating with Auditors - statutory and internal. Responsible for Statutory Audit/Tax Audit/Internal Audit

- Ensure compliance of companies financial polices

- Establishing and maintaining processes and controls on finance aspects and policies across the organization.

- Managing coordination internally with various functions and ensuring smooth and hassle-free support for payments, requests for information and other activities.

- Coordination with department as and when need arises. Team building and managing capabilities
