Finance Practice Growth Strategist - IT Sales

Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounts Practise:

- Setup best practicess for accounts and finance in the organisation

- Set SOPs, and ensure 100% government and internal compliances.

- Ensure GST, Income Tax, IT and Services Exports compliances

- Ensure business finance strategies to be best suitable for business and growth

International Sales & Growth:

- Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs to manage risks associated with software and services exports.

- Strategically identify and enter new international markets, optimizing our SaaS offerings to meet diverse regulatory and customer requirements.

- Ensure all digital exports comply with international laws and regulations, including data protection and export controls. Liaise with legal advisors, government bodies, and international trade experts to stay updated on changes in export regulations and adapt strategies accordingly. Valuation & Fund Raising

- Boost company value via financial strategies, market positioning, and entering new markets.

- Spearhead global fund-raising, connecting with investors for expansion capital.

- Collaborate on fundraising efforts, including pitch development and negotiations.

- Evaluate industry trends and financials to guide decisions on mergers and partnerships.

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration:

- Work with senior management to set strategic goals and plans, emphasizing compliance and valuation for growth.

- Ensure clear and regular communication with teams, partners, and investors on strategic goals and updates.

- Play a crucial role in the leadership team, influencing business strategy and decisions.

- Provide stakeholders with concise reports on compliance, valuation, and fundraising efforts

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field or stream

- MBA in Finance from Top B schools

Experience & Skills:

- Extensive experience in IT Sales, IT Exports, Valuation Building, & Compliance.

- Must be self motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Must have been part of a team engaged in enterprise valuation and fund raising for at least one round.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing new programs and market expansions
