Finance Partner - Consulting Firm

Roles & Responsibilities(essential functions and responsibilities of the job):

- transaction processing in end to end F&A Operations (book-keeping activities, book closure, financial statement preparation) for clients in India under Ind AS / IGAAP environment

- US GAAP / IFRS conversion of financial statements, as required

- responsible for MIS reporting, and provide necessary support to client in budgeting and working capital management, wherever required

- dealing with client specific various accounting software, e.g., SAP S4 Hana / Business One, Oracle Fusion / EBS R12 / Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations / Business Central, or SAGE etc.

- support our in-house accounting software deployment, wherever required

- co-ordinate, support and assist client's finance team during statutory and tax audits

- support efficiency and automationin book keeping services

Education and Experience:

Essential:

- preferably CA / ACCA with 1 - 8 years' post qualification experience with strong accounting knowledge

- 1 to 3 years for Associates

- 3 to 5 years for Sr Associates

- 5 to 8 years for Manager

- comes from accounting and reporting background (preferably with consolidation experience)

- should have exposure to (a) finance controllership (b) IndAS or IGAAP based financial statement preparation (c) audit support and dealing with auditors

- should be hands on in accounting software and process automation

- strong in advanced excel

- good understanding of finance & accounting processes in atleast one of the ERP system -Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/Sage etc.

- strong team-player who easily interacts with different stakeholders and get involved in different functions

- good communication skills (written and verbal)

- well versed with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

- diligent

Desirable:

- practical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP

- quick learner

- self-driven and self- motivated person
