Finance Operations Manager of UAE & Oman
1. Chartered Accountant
2. Minimum 8 years of FMCG experience
3. Strong Leadership Skills
4. Knowledge of SOX, IFRS & USGAAP
5. ERP knowledge is a must - However, SAP Knowledge will be preferred
6. Work closely with Senior Leadership Team, Sales Managers and Head Office, to provide financial support to all commercial deals
7. Integrating financial budgets, forecasts, long term plans and monthly revisions for individual units and for the region, set up systems to track and analyze variance.
8. Supervising the preparation of MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. credit control, profitability.
9. Ensuring team motivation and updating their skills on regular basis to meet the demands of all stakeholders
10. Responsible for full operations of all depot locations, oversee day to day activities and take decisions to avoid stoppage in operations
11. Ensure financial integrity of Pricing and of spend towards, Marketing expenses and Operating expenses, etc.
12. Accuracy of records around stocks, responsibility to track the marketing and other opex items, Accounts Receivable, etc.
13. Experience in indirect taxes (VAT, Excise)
