Across 1200+ stores, this role will own :
- Manpower model, ensuring its kept current as per business requirements
- Strong collaboration with RMs, Circle Heads and rostering for 25,000 people
- Ensure manpower cost is optimised vis-a-vis budget and at store levels, no disruption in day to day operations.
- Balance between Manpower & Cost, aligned with month-on-month, quarter-on-quarter business objectives.
- Liaise with Region HR, TA, Operations teams as well as central teams in corporate, to help them
- Understand and interpret for effective implementation.
- Regular time-&-motion studies to be conducted at Stores.
- Explore possibilities of technology adoption to enable more efficient Store Operations.
- Complete accountability & ownership for accuracy of data.
- Daily activities would include but not limited to
Collecting/collating inputs for :
- Day/Week wise Sales
- System reports
- Weekly headcount for FTEs, PTs, Flexi timers and their availability at store.
- Kiosk input, right roster to right DM.
- Night deliveries data.
- Outdoor Catering data.
- Handling queries pertaining to reports, interpretation: from regions and other SPOCs.
- Feeding of inputs to rolling forecast.
- Real time adaptation of changes recommended by business.
