Finance Operation Executive - Startup

We have an excellent and immediate opportunity for a Finance Operation executive with overall of 2- 5 yrs of experience @Mumbai.

KFB the Roles and Responsibilities

- The team member must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy.

- Build daily and weekly status reports from metrics databases for communication to stakeholders. Track metrics around quality and productivity.

- Interfacing between the policy administration system (or front-end systems) and the General ledger (Oracle ERP experience preferred) on transactions, cash flow reconciliations, payment gateway remittance between systems.

- Identify and implement process related improvement through automation

Maintain constant communication through daily huddles between ops and finance and bring to the fore bottlenecks.

- The role will also involve supporting the accounting function related on the close process and accounting.

- Must have experience on working with multiple ERP applications.

- Reviewing and preparing various financial reports and management information with variance analysis on monthly basis.

- Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecast to determine funding requirements

- Performing due diligence checks on client and quality control checks on disbursements

- Managing bank facilities activities such as documentation, monthly covenant monitoring and quarterly reporting.
