The job involves having a complete responsibility for Finance functions of the Company.
The main tasks performed are:
- Devising Financial Strategies for the Company.
- Overseeing the Funding Requirements of the company
- Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Designing, structuring and implementing the Management Information System for the Company
- Taxation & other Legal issues & requirements
- Preparation of Investment Memorandums, Term Sheets, & MoU for attracting Private Equity Investment
- Business Valuation & other necessary M&A processes & procedures
- Responsible for Balance Sheets budget monitoring , dealing with audit issues
- Involved in Financial Closure for the Project
- Responsible for Project Cash Flow management, Project insurance, contract management
- Designing, structuring and implementing internal control processes and Management Information for all the on-going projects.
- Close liaison with the Bankers, Insurers, Rating Agencies for day-to day operations.
- Setting up the Standard Operating Procedure and Budget Monitoring Module
- Setting up of multi locational accounting system and ensuring smooth synergy for Consolidation.
CA/ MBA- Finance with relevant 5- 8 Years of experience can apply
