Finance Manager - Taxation & Accounts - CA

Review details prepared by team members related to:

- GST returns

- Strong Governance for ITC taken

- Ensure Availment of ITC in timely manner

- Review workings for statutory payments

- Make statutory payments as per schedule and file returns

- Provide support for tax audits / assessments

- Ensure proper compliance and accuracy in respect of DT & Indirect tax compliance in the system

- Co-ordinate with team members in the completion of their respective duties in the areas of taxation & compliance management.

- Have knowledge on the Direct taxes and should be able to handle the compliances relating to the withholding taxation, LTDC application, return filing and assessment handling

- Exposure to audits - viz stat and internal audits.

- Basic knowledge of Secretarial & ROC compliance and documentations shall be an added advantage

- Able to manage and drive the Profit and loss of individual Cost/ Profit centres and co-ordinate with the respective divisions for their invoicing and cost and budget preparation and monthly MIS reporting.

Experience:

- Qualifications: CA (Mandatory)

- 02-04 years' experience in Finance & Accounts with minimum 02-03 years in Indirect taxation

- Strong understanding of leading GST and other taxation laws
