- Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS/TCS returns, and other forms under the Income Tax

- Act.

- Conduct tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.

- Manage tax assessments and appeals.

- Advise on corporate tax planning and optimization strategies.

- Stay updated on the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.

- Prepare and file GST returns and other indirect tax returns.

- Conduct GST audits and liaise with tax authorities.

- Manage indirect tax assessments and appeals.

- Advise on indirect tax planning and optimization strategies.

- Plan and conduct statutory audits of company accounts.

- Prepare and review audit reports.

- Maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.

- Identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.

- Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders
