Finance Manager - Real Estate/Infra

- Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

- Establishing strategic cost management systems for determining product prices, monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.

- Preparing tax plans & ensuring timely assessment & filing of indirect tax returns in compliance with statutory tax acts.

- Screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures; projecting cash flow and growth opportunities.

- Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects

- Heading Accounts and Finance department and delivering MI Reports with comments on variance reported between budget and actual reporting. Routine analysis report on Balance sheet , P&L, Cash flow statement and working capital.

- Executing MIS reporting system for capturing the health and progress of the organization, Preparing monthly / quarterly projected financial statement for business planning & decision making.

- Executing budget and forecast preparation schedule by collecting relevant business data and projections from the line departments.

- Prepare the Profitability Report Product wise & cost wise by segment.

- Managing the Cash flow and ensured a healthy Working capital at all times. Held responsibilities for Overall management of Finance, Inventory and AR.

- Corporate tax planning inclusive of statutory filling of returns, advance taxation, tax audit and liaison with Tax consultants.

- Managing Auditors requirements which includes both Statutory and Internal Auditors.

- This is a requiremnt with a Leading Real Estate/ Infrastructure client based out of mumbai. Prefer CA/ MBAs with relevant 5 years to 10 years of experience.
