Finance Manager - Real Estate

REQUIREMENT - Manager – Financial Operations, Real Estate

1. Minimum Educational qualification

- CA

2. Experience

- 5 – 10 years experience and out of which minimum 4 yrs in Real Estate in a reputed Real Estate firm in Chennai.

- Experience in Residential/Commercial real estate in the following areas

i. Revenue, Cost modelling of the project

ii. Monitoring cash flows from the project

iii. Investment evaluation of new projects/ventures

3. Software skills

- Good knowledge in MS office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)

4. Other Skills

- Written and spoken communication in English

- Planning and coordination

- Team Player/ Team building

- Good Presentation skills

5. Location : Chennai (R.O of the Group)

6. Salary : Flexible based on experience and profile

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure Revenue and Cost accounting as per Accounting Standards/Guidance Notes as applicable for the projects

2. Track the Deliverable from the development partners and flag off for any deviations

3. Monitoring Cash flows based on the project implementation and publish any deviations

4. Process definition and defining clear SLA’s amongst the partners for effective project management

5. Evaluation of new project proposals and helping the management in taking informed decisions.

6. Manage the Bank/lender process for Real Estate loans of the company

7. Generate Financial reports in meeting with the accounting and regulatory requirements

8. Effective Business relationship maintenance with the developers on the financial aspect of Project progress, payments , policies and to ensure consistent follow up in getting the decisions implemented in time.

9. Formulate actionable insights and solutions to key challenges and present proposals to senior management in a concise and thoughtful manner
