This is regarding opening with a Leading Pvt Bank as a Finance Manager- RBI Regulatory Reporting - Mumbai

Designation: Finance Manager- RBI Regulatory Reporting

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years working in a bank's finance department in a comparable position, being knowledgeable about accounting standards and laws, being familiar with all RBI rules and returns pertaining to the Financial Control function .

Education: CA Preferred or MBA

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Creation of local financials in accordance with RBI guidelines and Indian GAAP, as well as analysis of the main factors influencing balance sheet and profit and loss movement.

- Closing the bank's yearly financials and having them audited Regulatory (RBI) report preparation. DSB Returns, Form-A, Special Fortnightly Returns, Form-VIII, Form-X, and other reports are examples of reports.

- Compliance with BASEL-3, which includes calculating capital adequacy, reporting under Pillar 3, and handling all financial reporting to RBI and Board/Audit Committees in accordance with Companies Act requirements.

- Cooperation with the RBI Inspection Team, concurrent auditors, statutorily mandated auditors, etc.

- Automating and implementing ADF to bring about ongoing change management
