Finance Manager Project
1) Co-pilot to the project manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project. Provides all required financial information about the project
2) Single point of contact for all financial issues relating to the project controlled. Close monitoring of the project deliverables.
3) Setting up Internal control systems for project finance safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
4) Budgetary control & Cashflow management
5) Involve in contract negotiation to ensure financial terms and conditions of project contracts algins with the project's financial objectives.
6) Financial Risk Management for the Project Identify, report & develop mitigation plan.
7) Compliance Regulatory & statutory (DT, IDT, Bank covenants) & Internal control system
8) Reporting Management reporting project , operations & Project KPI tracking , Statutory
9) Handling & coordinate Audit statutory, tax , internal & Banking requirements & Group Finance team.
10) Handle Treasury operation & oversee secretarial compliance.
Expectation:
1) Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry
2) Experience of setting up systems and process & Project management capabilities
3) Work on due diligence, and compliance as per regulation, documentation
4) Financial modelling & Experience of tracking & monitoring financial risk
5) Coordinating Audits & Experience of Management reporting
6) Experience of reporting to Board or Senior Management committee
