Job Description
GL Accounting & Reconciliations, Treasury and FAR
1. Timely and accurate submission of P&L and Balance sheet schedules
2. Ensure GL reconciliations monthly and ensure timely closure
3. Correct recording in books of account for all expenses by team
4. Ensure timely and accurate Inter co. accounting and compliance
5. Maintenance of Fixed asset register and ensure correctness as per USGAAP and IGAAP
6. Monthly bank reconciliation and treasury management
7. Ensure timely and proper coordination for banking with respect to FD and current account
8. Preparation, analysis and timely submission of periodic Cash flow
9. Opening of new GL accounts, Cost centers and mapping them with Sub Systems.
10. Closure of prior open GL reconciliations
11. Lay out future processes which leads to timely audit closure
12. Accurate provisioning in books of accounts
Audit and Tax Compliances
1. Assistance in Advance Tax computation on quarterly basis.
2. Ensure timely preparation of Audit schedules
3. Assistance and discussion with Internal Auditors to conclude Internal Audits and obtaining Internal Audit Reports.
4. Finalization of Financial Statements as per Indian GAAP along with Income Tax & Deferred Tax Computation, Cash Flow and Notes to Accounts and audit support to complete the Statutory, Tax and Transfer Pricing Audits.
5. Preparation of Form 3CEB for Transfer Pricing, Form 3CA & 3CD for Tax Audit, Form 3CEAC for Master Files.
6. Timely preparation and filing of Income Tax Return, Transfer Pricing and GST Returns.
7. Correspondence with Tax Consultants as and when receive any Notices from any Tax Depts. and arrange to file an appropriate Response/ Rectification Returns/ Appeals.
8. Assessments of Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Withholding Tax and GST
Cross Functional Customers
1. Effective Liasoning with other departments and ensure closure of issues
2. Expected to have good interaction with global and local stakeholders
3. Ability to do Multi tasking
Projects for Up-gradation, Modification and System enhancement/ implementation
1. Facilitate in projects as and when needed for system upgradation
2. Working with Global team for improvements in Business Process/ ERP

- Should have good experience in closing Statutory and internal audits

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- CA with 3-7 years of experience, preferably in a MNC
- Experience of team lead and audit is must
- Ability to adapt culture and should be flexible for multitasking
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and come up with solutions
- Ready to shift gears as per the requirement
