Finance Manager - Industrial Engineering/Auto/Mfg

- Provide strong leadership and coordination of company financial planning, budget and controlling management functions.

- Improve management performance and company results by increasing cost efficiency, enhancing process standards, fostering integration of structures.

- Achieve high performance in the Finance area (Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Controlling).

- Ensure that plant performance is measured assuring continuous, detailed awareness and operational consistency of key performance drivers for financial, governance and compliance related items.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of realistic results through regular business reviews guideline and procedure adherence in Indian region

- Driving Operational working capital improvements

- Support the execution of business strategies and operating functions

- Reporting, Forecasting and Planning

- Early warning for all significant deviations of budget forecast

Experience : 14-18 Years

Location : Outskirts of Chennai (30 kms from City)

Compensation : ~25,00,000 INR
