Finance Manager - India Taxation - CA

Job Description:

We are looking at CA qualified candidates only.

Experience : 10+ years and relevant corporate experience 7+ years required.

Notice Max 10 15 Days

Work Location: Chennai (OMR)

Max budget would be 15 25 LPA max.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

a) JOB REQUIREMENT:

a. Taxation : Understanding should be a detailed one. The person should have knowledge on Corporate Taxation, Payroll / Personal Taxation, Understanding Transfer Pricing, Handled Tax Hearings and should be capable of working with consultants

b. Statutory Accounting : Should be good in applying accounting standards, audit closures, interaction with Statutory and Tax auditors

c. Financial Accounting : Sound Knowledge in concepts of accounts, should have handled Consolidation and book closure.

d. Funds Planning : Should be able to co-ordinate on funds planning. Job involve co-ordinating with GEO.

b) EXPERIENCE :

a. Should have minimum of more than 7-10 years of post-qualification experience

b. Should have worked in large IT companies for the last 3 years in similar profile. Employees in consulting or audit firm may also be good,

c) Team Handling capability:

a. The expected candidate should have handled a minimum team size of 5 team members

d) Communication :

a. Should be great n communication and should have good interpersonal skills.

e) Qualification :

a. Full qualified CA
