We have an opening for a Finance Manager role with HR Tech Company

Location: Bangalore

It's 5 days of working - WFO

Job Role :

- Maintaining the organization's accounting system and financial health.

- Ensuring business processes, administration, and financial management.

- Leading planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.

- Planning, organizing, and carrying out financial tasks and projects.

- Estimating the amount of money needed for the organization's short- and long-term financial goals.

- Completing financial reports; Leading the month. Conduct analyses and evaluations to look for opportunities to reduce costs.

- Oversee the operations of the finance department, establish goals and objectives, and create a plan to achieve them.

- Review and process the company's payments; maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.

- Participate in the implementation of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business and get in touch with clients to secure payments and settle disputes.
