Role: Finance Manager - GL Accounting & Asset Management

Department: Finance and Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Education: CA / ICWA / CWA

Reporting to: Head - Finance

Budget: 15 Lacs (incl. mpower)

- GL accounting & review (Including chart of accounts / Cost center - profit center concept compliance)

- Payable management (Review - monitoring - Control)

- Asset Management

- Tax compliance review w.r.t above points (D.tax/Service tax etc)

- MIS Reporting

- Coordination for conclusion of Internal & Statutory audit along-with other teams

- Preparation of details required for Direct Tax & TP Assessment, GL review as may be required

Preferable :

- Exposure to CFS preparation (monthly / rolling - Yearly CFS)

- Exposure to P&L & Balance sheet preparation (monthly / rolling - Yearly CFS)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Basic Qualification : B.Com / M.Com

Qualification must : CA / ICWA / CWA

Number of years of experience : minimum 7 years

Managerial position experience: at least 5 years

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

- Five to seven years prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area.

- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Experience with SAP / ERP mandatory. SAP FICO module will be preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
