Finance Manager

Job Description :

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Assist the treasury in the daily banking requirements.

- Supports budget and forecasting activities and monthly comparison of Budget with actual.

- Compliance of Direct Tax (TDS + Advance Tax) activities.

- Compliance in Forex currency transaction

- Review of General Ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

- Vendor reconciliation and solving open issues.

- Responds to inquiries from finance staff regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

- Work with the Seniors and audit staff to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.

- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

- Support Seniors with special projects and workflow process improvements
