Finance Manager - FMCG/Manufacturing - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Variance Analysis Reporting.

- Yearly closing of books of accounts with Statutory Auditors.

- Income tax audit, preparation of various annexures for yearly income tax audit along with filling of returns, Computation of business income, advance tax, deferred tax, TDS.

- Budgeting and forecasting- Overhead budgeting.

- Evaluation of Various Business Strategies - impact assessment.

- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of books of accounts & reporting.

- Direct tax audit - group and subsidiaries. Income tax audit and filling of returns including computation on business income for advance tax, deferred tax.

- Reviewing monthly TDS challans and Qtrly returns. Reconciliation of GL accounts with tax liabilities.

- Reviewing and analysing gratuity valuation report and passing necessary accounting entries.

- Preparation and monitoring of Overhead budgets and Variance analysis.

Skills Required:

- Must have overall experience in a Manufacturing company.

- Working in an FMCG Company (advantage) with reporting profile.

- Having experience in DT profile Reporting/DT profile.

- SAP expertise knowledge.

- Strong in Analytical skills.

- Candidates from fmcg/manufacturing will be preferred.
