1. Circulate Sales Flash report for International business

2. Analyse sales by region and by brand and highlight variances against Budget and Last year and trigger action plans

3. Working of Gross Margin and variances against Budget and LY with root cause analysis for improvement in business

4. Preparation and Analysis of P&L by factory sourcing - Middle East + INDIA + NEPAL = International Business

5. Preparation and Analysis of P&L cluster and zone wise

6. Consolidated Cost saving report and driving cost reduction / profitability improvement projects with cross-functions

7. Presenting International business dashboard (presentation) to the management and driving action plans for business improvement.

8. Qtrly Latest estimate preparation of International business P&L

9. Budget preparation for International Business and presenting to the higher management

10. Daily Business Progress meeting presentation
