Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage Payables and Receivables

- Responsible for preparing MIS and dashboards for review

- Responsible for preparing requisite statuary financial statements

- Assist the CEO in preparation of budget / estimates and also in steering committee reviews

- Provide data / information to shareholders as and when required

- Ensure transfer pricing guidelines are adhered between any group company transaction

- Responsible for overall governance on financial regularities

- Manage the vendor payments and requisite reconciliations

- Liaise with other support units to ensure that all local queries are resolved

- Drive improvement initiatives to improve financial process efficiency

Measure of Success:

- TAT and quality of MIS and financial dashboards

- Timeliness of Financial statements

- Accuracy in financial reconciliations

Desired qualifications and experience:

- Should be a graduate with a CA degree

- Knowledge of developing financial statements preferably for financial services industry

- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience

Knowledge and skills required:

- Experience of managing Finance function preferably in Financial service companies

- Ability to manage business partners

- Good communication skills

- Strong Customer Focus

- Strong Analytical & Decision Making Ability
