Finance Manager - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities for Finance reporting Manager:

- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

- Control and monitor the GL

- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and monthly BS review

- Handling Internal & Statutory audit.

- Implementing adequate system of policies and procedures for internal control over financial reporting (ICFR).

- Participating actively during fund raise.

- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership

- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

- Promoting process improvements in specified budget areas

- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles alongwith compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Qualification & Experience:

- CA with 4-6 years of experience

- Experience in Big 4 will be added advantage

Technical Competencies:

- Working knowledge of SAP B1/S4 HANA

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Extensive experience of managing and understanding financial statements

- Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes

- Familiar with both Indian Accounting standards & IND AS

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem solver with a strong focus on integrity and compliance

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
