Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA -IT

We are looking for a Manager - FP&A for a leading client into IT Services industry.

Job Location is Bangalore.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage cross functional teams in FP&A and Account Finance domains.

- Typically leads large and complex business process initiatives.

- Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall strategies and long term goals of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a Premier Institute only.

- Typically 15+ years of experience in Finance including FP&A and other BU Finance Functions including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.

- Typically 4+ years of people management experience.

- Prior exposure to FP&A and Account Finance (P&L responsibilities) in IT Services industry is a MUST. Experience in Enterprise Services Finance would be an advantage.
