Job Profile : Finance Manager

- Be the company's Finance Manager / Finance Controller, responsible for Financial planning

- Finalization of Accounts/MIS/ Taxes/Statutory/Audit

Summary :

- Primarily, you will be taking charge of all accounting, tax, compliances & financial needs.

- You will be working with the CFO in financial planning & strategy, data analysis, visualisations & reporting

Experience :

- 5+ years experience in a financial accounting & financial management position

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting

- CFA

- MBA in Finance

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)

- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level

Roles and Responsibility :

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions

- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

- Liaise with auditors for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs

- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

- Preparing financial forecasts, projections

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and senior executives

- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

- Understand and adhere to financial regulations, legislation and timelines

- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures

- Guide and assist other financial assistants and accountants in the company

Other Skills :

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- An analytical mind

- Commercial and business awareness

- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

- Ability to stick to time constraints
