Finance Manager - Electronics Products Multinational - Fortune 500 group

The organization: A group company of a Fortune 500 American industrial conglomerate with global revenues of USD 13 billion. India revenues are USD 500 m and are expected to grow exponentially over the next two years given their growth plans and their philosophy of acquisitions. The organization is highly respected globally for their robust career development processes and growth opportunities across group companies.

The role:

- Drive financial excellence and improve general accounting practice, by providing day to day on the ground monitoring of financial hygiene and compliance of total India business

- Budgeting and forecasting for India business in line with strategic directives.

- Timely, accurate and useful management reporting and in-depth business analysis to Country Manager. Help drive top line growth by providing in-depth customer segment, location and detailed product profitability analysis.

Design and implement processes to review and report financials under US GAAP accounting under rigorous timelines monthly.

Assist Financial Controller in compliance matters such as related to Statutory Audits, Transfer Pricing requirements and administration of taxes (VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax and others).

Reports to: Finance Controller - India

Education: Chartered Accountant.
