KRA's Strategic:

1. Company project milestones, ROI analysis on project milestones

2. Pricing and Revenue realization

3. Assistance in future capital raise

4. Risk management

5. Budgeting , and control

6. Corporate governance

KRA's Operational:

1. Contract Management

2. Cost Management

3. Internal and External Reporting ( Monthly P&L, Cash Flow and BS)

4. Sales incentive planning and management

5. Statutory compliance

6. Tax planning and payments.

8. External agency management for outsourced work.

9. Driving invoicing and collections

Preference will be given to Finance profiles from leading ecommerce ventures who can be based out of Mumbai/ already working in Mumbai.
