Position : Finance Manager (Supervisory Role)
We are looking candidates from Delhi NCR only.

Division : Corporate Structure
- To plan, organize, direct and control the financial activities of the organization by maintaining and establishing the financial plans and initiates new developments in terms of business strategies and finance policies within the department.
- Involved in achieving longer term strategic and financial objectives of the business.
Duties and Role :
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
- Prepare operational Budgets, feasibility study, Estimates future revenue and costs & Internal Audits for revenue, fixed assets and receivables.
- Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
- Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls. Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.
- Holds monthly updates with team members and key strategic partners in the office for dissemination of information; prepares management meetings for dissemination of information
- Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures
- Select, train, motivate. Performance appraisals, devising PDP, coaching and evaluate department personnel. Direct, coordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow, review and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strategic working relationship with team
