Finance Manager - Corporate Finance - BFSI

Duties and responsibilities :

- Providing single point leadership for a track and ensuring strong controls, governance and delivery

- Responsible for book keeping and smooth functioning of finance function.

- Preparation of MIS and maintenance and keeping the accounting records.

- Set of internal control and processes and Responsible for implementing standard operating practice (SOP) for various processes.

- Support Group for monthly / periodic MIS

- Participation in the company's annual Budget and Business plan

- Coordination with Auditors for statutory, Internal and Transfer pricing audits

- Ensures that the company complies with group requirements in reporting of management accounts, statutory accounts, budgets, and forecasts, audit of accounts and evaluation of capex.

- Participates in overall management by providing financial input to company management in arriving at business decisions.

- Handling of new projects and upcoming projects

- Managing the treasury functions

Desired Skills :

- 8-10+ years of Financial Reporting / Operational Experience

- Client Facing should also advise the clients on the financial position and manage the operations.

- Background in financial reporting/forecasting/budget management and business decision-making a plus

- Experience / understanding of performance management, statistical analysis and trending a plus

- Proven track record of effective partnerships with various cross functional teams

- CA (Chartered Accountant) and Bachelor degree minimum in area of finance, accounting, or general business management.

- Candidate must have strong relationship management skills and be able to work collaboratively and seamlessly at all levels.

- Demonstrate ability to work in team environment and help resolve issues

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- Consultative, collaborative nature and customer-service oriented

- Proven collaboration and influencing skills

- Good understanding, working knowledge, and experience with reporting technologies and experience working with IT a plus.
