Finance Manager- Controllership

We are looking for a Finance Manager in Controllership function of Technology Startup in Hyderabad. The candidates has to be physically present at work with no work from Home.

Job Description:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in reputed firms and companies.

- The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS), taxation knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of accounting.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting and reporting

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax planning

- Develop and implement effective MIS to support decision-making processes

- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of experience in reputable firms and companies

- Strong accounting skills and knowledge of MIS and taxation

- Proven track record of handling all aspects of accounting functions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications

- Preferably based in Hyderabad and available to join within 30 days
