Finance Manager - Consulting Firm

- This is a great opportunity to work with a leading design research and innovation consulting firm as a Finance Manager.

- It's a great opportunity to manage entire finance function of a mid size organization with interface with clients.

- This will be business partnering role which will work closely with the senior management and with clients on various finance initiatives. You must have worked on profitability of projects, people time utilization and contract discussion with clients.

- Ideally those candidates who have worked with overseas clients would be preferred.

The primary responsibilities would include:

- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of a company, including , monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, reporting, long-range strategic planning, cash flow projections, and capital allocation etc.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders and work with cross functional teams to make sound decisions.

- Perform data analysis and advise senior management on profit-maximizing ideas.

- Responsible for the financial health of the organization.

- Creating Board and Finance Presentations that effectively communicate the organization's financial strategies and status.

- Work on the Pricing related strategies to ensure project profitability and competitiveness in the market.

- Leading communication with clients around invoicing and contracts.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 10+ years of work experience post MBA/ICWA

- Proven experience of working in various facets of finance.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Sound knowledge of P&L management and resource utilization.

- Exp. in using tools like- Power BI, Tableau, Tally and Google Suite etc.

- Worked with global clients on contracts invoicing.
