This is for an agri group to be based in Vietnam. They are looking for someone who is ideally in Vietnam and should have work experience of 7-10 years in finance ideally in agri commodities. He should have dealt with banks and should have done fund raising. Responsibilities include: The Person will be looking after Treasury and Corporate finance activities such as - Monitor the investment and borrowing requirements for all group entities. - Prepare the cash flow projections to ascertain the borrowing or investment requirements. - Dealing with banks for fund raising - Manage the equity infusion / buy back and cash pooling for group borrowing requirements Risk Management Forex Management Cost Control Cash Flow Borrowing &amp; Fund Management Education: CA with Post qualification 7+ Years of experience
