Designation : Finance Manager

Role :

- Overall Finance related coordination for the India, Thailand and Hong Kong offices in the Asia Pacific region

- Assisting the Regional Director in the planning and budget process.

- Responsible for coordination of all monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reporting within the stipulated time lines from Head Office.

- Preparation of the quarterly statements and annual accounts in cooperation with the external accounting and bookkeeping companies for the three offices.

- Interface to the external accounting, payroll and bookkeeping companies.

- Managing the payment and invoice process, including ensuring the global guidelines and processes are met for approvals and online banking.

- Coordination will the external auditors & internal audit team. Coordination with Administration teams in APAC and Head Office for finance matters.

Experience and Skills required :

- Chartered Accountancy

- Minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role

- Excellent oral and written English and Hindi; other regional languages a plus

- Flexible and self reliant personality with good communication skills

- Good IT user skills and time management and organizational abilities
