Description : We are looking to hire Finance Manager for a US MNC setting up its GBS in India.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust control environment and for internal and external financial reporting, while delivering strategic and business decision support to IT, R&D and Global Business Services (GBS) in India.

General Accounting :

- Oversees financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with Corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles/Standards

Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis :

- Develops and maintains planning and budgeting processes and systems; Prepares financial reports meeting Corporate and Regional financial reporting requirements on a timely basis

Controls :

- Develops and implement Local and Global accounting policies,procedures and internal controls in support with business processes and decisions

Treasury : Oversees operational cash management and cash flow forecasting

Taxation :

- Take care of Region/Country tax analysis, planning and filing. In association with the Corporate Tax Department, manages tax risk while enabling the company to minimize its tax burden and complete its income tax filing and its financial reporting requirements.

- Implements and drives process improvements.

- Recruit, retain and develop finance staff.

- Identify key financial issues; report, interpret and translate them into terms meaningful to business partners and functional managers.

Profile :

- You must me a CA with 8-10 years experience is MNC environment with expertise in IGAAP/ USGAAP and Taxation.
