Finance Manager - CA - Manufacturing

Job Description : Responsibilities

- Ensuring a proper annual business planning exercise for all stake holders of the company

- Setting up proper systems and processes across the organization

- Ensuring that the company functions at optimal working cycle level

- Corporate Governance and timely MIS reporting

- Fund Raising (Debt as well as Equity)

- Working with Sales team for proper incentive schemes to ensure that sales and collections are achieved as per business plan

- Vendor Management to ensure proper supply chain management and optimal cost structure

- Timely completion of accounting and auditing functions

- Indirect and Direct Tax Management

- Actual v/s Planned Tracking and course correction

- Board Management

- Cost Management

Key Skills :

Qualification - CA preferred /MBA (Full time)

Experience - 5 to 8 yrs post CA qualification or min 8yrs post MBA completion

Industry- Manufacturing preferred / Service Industry
