Manager Finance - CA 2007/08 Passout,exp. into Finance & Accounts

Desired Profile

1. CA (Male) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (CS degree added advantage)

2. Looking for 2007-2008 Qualified CA (1st attempt)

3. From Service Industry (preferably ITES)

4. Knowledge of working on/implementation of ERP system (Preferably MS Dynamics)

5. Will be responsible for supervision of day to day maintenance of Books of Accounts as per IGAAP and taking care of Statutory & Internal Audit

6. Closure of books on Monthly Basis & preparation of MIS

7. Handling Direct Taxes (Transfer Pricing, Assessments), Indirect Taxes (Service Tax, SEZ Compliances)

8. Responsible for Secretarial Compliance & RBI reporting

9. Will be managing a team of 2 and position will report into AVP Finance & Accounts

10. Supervision of Monthly Employee Payroll

Job Description

1. In hand knowledge of Indian IGAAPs comprising of Accounting Standards, Accounting Standard Interpretations, Guidance Notes etc.

2. Basic Knowledge of International Taxation including application of DTAA and also involving oneself in giving expert opinion on withholding taxes to clients

3. Conducted various Statutory Audits consisting of PSU Audit and Bank Audit.

4. Conducted various Tax Audits including computation of tax liability.

5. Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns of Individuals, HUF, Corporate and T.D.S. return

6. In hand knowledge of service tax practically like applying for registration, amendment in registration online, submission of return online etc.

7. Knowledge of ROC work viz. applying for DSC Regn., online filing of Form 18, Form 32, Annual Return of companies.
