Job Description : Finance Manager
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with Accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with Indian statutory compliance laws and acts, like Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Foreign Exchange Regulation, Contract Labour, Provident Fund, ESI, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment, Workmen Compensation etc.
- Manage Payroll processes and deductions
- Manage Invoicing in both domestic and Overseas.
- Maintain and follow up Accounts receivables.
- Develop annual budget and executive planning process;
- Administer & review financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.
- Manage organizational cash flow forecasting and actual, both monthly & annual.
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements and profit forecasting.
- Report and account foreign exchange impact at the time of consolidation
- Interact various internal departments, including production, HR, Brach offices to get financial data.
- Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.
- Attend to the statutory financial audit including tax audit and comply with the observations of the auditors with proper systems and processes in place.
- Coordinate all audit activity including interaction with senior officials- /board members at the time of finalization of Books of Accounts.
- Interact/Liaise with various Government agencies like Income Tax, Service Tax, PF, ESI and Banking Institutions.
- Ensure that accounting is accurate and kept in strict compliance to the laws. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of statutory repots within due dates. Liaising with local authorities/ auditors and ensuring that the business is run in compliance with all country specific labour, legal and tax regulations.
- Maintain Fixed Assets as per the Companies and Income Tax Act.
- Reconcile Inter-company account (financial figures and quantities); timely monthly submission of the asset and liability report, calculate deferred tax asset/liabilities on a monthly basis are reported within deadlines set by management.
Qualification :
- At least 10 years of experience in performing the above tasks out of which 4 years in an independent role
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
- Ability to deal with all levels of staffs as well as senior government and company officials
- Knowledge of techniques and trends in accounts maintenance, finance management, statutory rules and regulations and their relevance
- Only Qualified CA
