Only CA and Male preferably from Pune & Mumbai  - Should have 4+ years of exp. - CA pass-out 2011/2012/2013 batch  - Should have handled two to three people under him  - Managing the whole account and Finance section  - P&L & Balance Sheet, Statutory Compliance  - Should be from Manufacturing/ Retail/ Trading/ Start up/ mCom./ eCom.  - Very good knowledge of Taxation (ST, VAT, CST, Excise and others)  - Should have thorough understanding of inventory Management  - Currently should not be working in a bank or IT company.  - CA mandatory - initial exp. in Big four added advantage  Key words: Audit, taxation, tax compliance, accounting, manufacturing, consulting, financial planning  Expertise Required :  - Should have very good knowledge of Accounts (Balance-sheet, P&L, Trial Balance & BR) .  - Should have experience working a chartered firm at-least for an year or more  - Should have experience working in a corporate Finance Dept. for an year or more  - Should have knowledge and exposure to statutory Compliances (Filing of returns)  - Should have knowledge of Taxation  - Should have done Audit (Statutory & Internal)  - Should be able to Financial Planning with the Stake-Holders  - Should have good knowledge of Financial consultation  Key Competencies :  - Should be a very good communicator.  - Should have exceptionally good communication skills  - Should have good knowledge of Finance & accounting  - Should have exceptionally good iin convincing and ventilating views  - Should be smart and self- motivated  Salary: Upto 15 LPA (13.5+1.5)
