Role and Responsibilities

1. This is an on-site Finance manager’s role at the Indian subsidiary of personal care products MNC.

2. Head a team of accountants that will manage business processes ranging from dealer management, procurement support, sales force management, project accounting, general ledger accounting and reporting and statutory compliances.

3. Responsible for coordinating direct and indirect tax compliances, transfer pricing and advisory projects.

4. Coordinate with the overseas shared services centre of the Group to ensure that service levels are consistent with Group standards and timelines.

5. Sound knowledge and application of accounting standards under Indian GAAP

6. Awareness of reporting under IFRS

7. Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws

8. Proven team management and client handling experience

9. Exposure to ERP environment (preferably SAP)
