Finance Manager - Accounts Receivables - Tech Based Startup - CA

We are currently hiring a Finance Manager to lead Accounts Receivables for a tech based startup in Bangalore.

Please note this needs a CA who has led Accounts receivables in an organization and not in a shared services centre.

The role will include :

1. Accounts Receivables Policy Set up and Implementation

2 Lead entire accounts receivable/collections function for the company.

3. Detailed MIS like DSO, Overdue movement, AR simulation forecast

3. Supervise Collection Accounting /Cash Application Services

4. Supervise doubtful debts and their provision in books

5. Monitor overdue and their collections

6. Monitor legal action to be taken against customers if any

7. Special assignments like factoring and discounting of bills

8. Approve invoicing based on credit policy and AR and payment terms

9. Approve invoicing based on required GP

To fit the bill. you must be a :

- CA with 3-6 years of experience

- Must have led AR for at least 3 years

- Must have worked in a startup or high growth setup

- Experience of shared services/captive unit will not be considered for this

- Must have handled large volumes of transactions
