Manager - Finance

- Supervision of books of account of an STPI units,

- Cash Forecasting and Reporting – Forecasting the funds requirement and updating the cash flow statement on the basis of projected cash flows.

- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly Yearly Accounts of the organization

- Management reportng on monthlt and yearly basis.

- Preparation of budget and variance analysis

- Preparation of Monthly schedules and their reconciliation with the Trial Balance ;

- Income tax assessment proceeding - preparation of details/information for Income tax and transfer pricing assessments.

- Coordination with service provider for TDS data, return filing, certificates & assessments"
"Indirect tax - Sales Tax/ VAT compliance/assessments etc.

- Statutory/Tax Audit (including preparation, audit, obtaining certificate and refund filing)"

- SoX Documentation and compliance

- Compliance with FCPA

- Responsible for all Direct and Indirect taxes of the company

- Secretarial matters

CA (First Attempt) required- Batches 2005,06,07- Big 4 experience MANDATORY along with some industry experience as well.
