Finance Lead - FMCG/Pharma

- Gross margin analysis and forecasting - Which directly impacts product pricing decisions

- Providing insights for and being part of various negotiations - RM/PM & Capex

- Driving AOP for material and other variable costs which drive Gross Contribution

- Working closely with Supply Chain team on logistics / warehousing cost reductions.

- Project Pi - Cost saving projects to improve company gross margins.

- Working closely with Souring head to identify opportunities for taking inventory positions basis inflationary / deflationary trends.

- Inventory reduction to optimize working capital

- RM/PM Obsolescence management

- Controllable costs management for PSO Teams

- Financial controls around Supply Chain processes

- Working with Shared service centre on GST and audit related matters
