Finance Head - Trading Firm - CA

Job Description :

- Heading the F & A with overall responsibility of trading divisions, at a corporate level.

- Development of Corporate Strategies & Annual Operating Plans, for the group & unit level entities.

- Handled all corporate governance matters of the company including conducting of AGM & BOD meetings of the company.

- Liaised with Govt agencies for successful closure of audits & assessments on Excise, Customs & VAT, by operating country.

- Liaised with banks & other financial institutions for managing treasury functions, the arrangement of Private Equity (PE), OD, WC Loans & other temporary credit facilities.

- Conducted due diligence studies of potential companies for takeover, merger and greenfield projects.

- Led the strategic team for expansion of the business across East Africa.

Mandatory Criteria :

- Must be a Qualified CA, with extensive exposure into Trading Business

- Age Limit : up to 42 years

- Must have African exposure.
