Finance Head - Plant Accounting - CA/ICWA - Pharma

Job Description :- ( CA / ICWA )

Driving business planning, budgeting and Trends for the business unit

Responsible to oversee all aspects of Finance and Accounts and finalization of company accounts.

Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing group policies and procedures.

Preparation & Review of Monthly P&L, Ops report and discussion on Budget vs. Actual with senior management.

Budgeting & Controlling - Responsible for financial planning of Business operations.

Responsible for Achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Project management - Ensure timely closure of projects with co-ordination with all depts. esp Capex & IT projects.

Business and Commercial Negotiations - Evaluate new business opportunities and engage in reduction of cost.

Partner strongly in creation of strategy, commercial decisions along pricing and analysis & Involved in financial projections, forecasting budgeting of new.

Co-ordination with Internal and Statutory auditors, corporate legal teams and cross functional heads.
