Job Description - Finance Head

- Excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP

- Proficient in Managing Funds and Financial Management

- Good knowledge of Company Law and Secretarial Practices

- Thorough understanding of Forex Laws and remittances

- Excellent understanding of Mergers, Acquisition and Take over accounting and legal compliances

- Thorough understanding of ICFR and proficient in developing Internal Control Mechanism

- Thorough knowledge of GST laws and proficient in filing of compliances

- Thorough understanding of HR policies, practices and compliances Like PF, ESI and other employment related matters

- Knowledge of Compliance of MCA/ROC

- Managing the multitasking profile of HR, Legal, GAAP and Finance

- Consolidation of accounts of multiple company structure like subsidiaries, associates and JV

- Managing the Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit

- Expert knowledge of Direct Tax Laws and TDS filings

- Managing the man power resources and resolving the queries.

- Knowledge of Restructuring the organization.

- Preparation of Board minutes and MCA/ROC compliances.

- Sound understanding of legal compliances and working within legal frame, Excellent drafting skill with application of provisions of the relevant Laws and Regulations.

- Drafting and vetting of Agreements, giving the timely alert of violations.

- Excellent knowledge and experience of managing the FDI and RBI regulations.
