Chennai based manufacturing company looking to hire Finance Head with the following skills

Masters in business management or CA

Minimum of 15 years experience out of which at least 5 years should have been into Financial Planning..

Job Summary

To plan, augment, manage finance to meet business goal of the organization.

Role

Prepare, monitor, manage budget of all department and guide management towards optimum revenue with lesser expenditure.

Competencies

- Excellent analytical skills

- Eye for detail.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Expert in ERP/Tally accounting methods.

- Expert in cost parameter

- Excellent knowledge in Tax laws, relevant labour laws.

Responsibilities

With limited direction from Directors the candidate would be responsible for :

- Prepare budget, monitor and Manage expenditure against budget.

- Prepare and monitor budget of all department.

- Prepare and monitor expenses of various heads weekly, monthly, fortnightly, quarterly etc.

- Design process and formats to solicit relevant data’s from respective department to manage finance effectively.

- Coordinate with various departments head on planning, stock, WIP, expenditure for effective planning of finance.

- Any new investment analyzes ROI and guides the management in taking right decision.

- Effective relation with bankers in soliciting support in terms of optimum resources for the business.

- Comply with all statutory requirements.

- Conduct periodical audit to reduce stock.
